Yoga for Performance & Recovery at CrossFit Yate. Specifically designed for CrossFit and HYROX athletes, this class helps you move better, lift stronger, and recover faster. You’ll work on mobility, flexibility, and breathwork to reduce tightness, improve range of motion, and support injury prevention. Expect focused flows to unlock hips, open shoulders, and restore tired muscles. All levels welcome – no yoga experience needed.

Cancellation Policy
Members are able to cancel and reschedule sessions upto 1hrs before the start time through the app - If you can no longer attend with less than 1 hours notice please can you message the app to advise so we can offer the space to the waitlist. Events are non refundable or transferable.
