Setting a new goal? are you wanting to achieve a pull up to get stronger for pull ups? then this is for you. our pull up programme has been tried and tested with endless achievements this doesn't come with our hard work! Coach Aimee we be showing you and guiding you all the skills, drills and strength to get you the results you need to progress. requirements for this 4 week block are 10 unbroken ring rows and able to preform banded pull ups.

Cancellation Policy

Members are able to cancel and reschedule sessions upto 1hrs before the start time through the app - If you can no longer attend with less than 1 hours notice please can you message the app to advise so we can offer the space to the waitlist. Events are non refundable or transferable.
