Service Description

Brand New Run Club CFY Run Club is launching, and it’s for everyone. Whether you’re brand new to running or already clocking up regular miles, our sessions are designed to build your capacity, efficiency, and confidence no matter your starting point. What to expect: We follow a structured running programme, combining a variety of sessions including: • Interval running – to improve speed, fitness, and pacing • Shorter runs – to build consistency and technique • Longer runs – to develop endurance and mental resilience • Sprints – to increase power, leg strength, and running economy • Hill runs – to build strength, improve form, and boost overall performance

Cancellation Policy

Members are able to cancel and reschedule sessions upto 1hrs before the start time through the app - If you can no longer attend with less than 1 hours notice please can you message the app to advise so we can offer the space to the waitlist. Events are non refundable or transferable.
