With everyone’s mixed availability, I’m going to vary the days and times of our sessions each week. That way, everyone will have chances to make different ones.😊

Getting a full team together is always the hardest part but training is also where we grow the most. This is how we build that bond, timing & communication before we hit the competition

Hi all, i’m looking at adding some Team training sessions to get us started together and working as a team. We can add different sessions for different weeks to give fair flexibility to everyone to be able to make it. With that being said it’d be great to get your vote I’ll pop a poll on the group.😊
